- Yes. Private ground transportation can be coordinated from Cancún Airport, Cancún, Costa Mujeres, and Riviera Maya locations. Marine pickup is available only from authorized docks that safely accommodate the vessel. Boarding directly from the beach is not available.

Which scuba experience is right for me?
- Guests without certification should begin with Try Scuba. Certified divers can choose Reef Diving, Adventure Diving, Night Diving, or other specialized experiences according to certification and recent experience.

What happens if weather conditions are unsafe?
- Services operate according to weather, sea conditions, port instructions, protected-area rules, and safety requirements. If conditions are unsafe or authorities close the port, the service does not operate.
